Whisky sauce

Whisky sauce
1. 250ml/8.5fl oz double cream.
2. 2 tsp mustard any depending on what you have available.
3. 1 tsp Sugar
4. 10 tbsp whisky.
5. sea salt and freshly ground white pepper.
6. 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives optional.
7. 2 veg stock cubes

T. Preparacion → 5 min

T. Cocinado → 10 min

1. Gently heat the cream in a pan
Mix whisky sugar mustard in a cup with the stock cubes
Add the whisky mixture to the cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minuets
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add the chives when serving

2. Serve with Haggis
