Yorkshire Pudding de Laura McCracken - Recipefy

Roast Beef pan drippings (at least 1/4 cup)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/4 t salt

T. Preparacion → 10 min

T. Cocinado → 25-30 min

1. Turn oven up to 450 degrees

2. Place pan with drippings in oven to keep sizzling

3. Combine eggs, milk, flour and salt. Beat until well blended. Pour into pan and bake. Serve from pan cup into squares. Also may be baked in muffin or pop over tins with the drippings divided between each tin.

4. NOTE: Batter may also be dropped around the roast in spoonfuls during the last 30 minutes of roasting.
