Zucchini Fritters de Elaine Crawford Daguanno - Recipefy

2 cups grated zucchini
2 egg beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (I use Italian seasoned)
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil
Sour cream, tzatziki or any other sauce for dipping.

T. Preparacion → 20 min

T. Cocinado → 45 min

1. 1.Grated zucchini into large bowl. Absorb some of moisture with some paper towel.
2.Combine remaining ingredients, except oil and mix well.
3. Heat fry pan with some vegetable oil. Use tbsp and drop zucchini mixture into oil. Fry on one side until browned then flip and cook other side.
4. Have a plate with some paper towel. Place cooked fritters on plate to absorb excess oil.
