Air Fryer Chicken Thighs di Kelly Barton - Recipefy

1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1. In a large bowl combine paprika, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder and black pepper.

2. Pat chicken thighs very dry on both sides, then add to bowl. Drizzle with oil and then toss to coat the chicken with the spice mixture.

3. Preheat air fryer to 400F. Add chicken thighs in a single layer, skin-side down (make sure they are not touching, if they are, cook in batches).

4. Air fry chicken thighs for 16 to 22 mins, flipping halfway through, until an instant read thermometer inserted at the thickest part of a thigh (but not touching bone) reaches 155F. Set aside, cover, and let rest for 5 mins (chicken is considered by the FDA cooked at 165F, but the temp will continue to rise as it rests).

5. Can top thighs with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and some fresh parsley.

6. For boneless thighs: Heat air fryer to 380F and cook 8 to 10 mins.
