Aloo tikki recipe
Ricetta di4 potatoes peeled and boiled
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves dhania
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil to fry the tikkis
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 5 min
1. Put potatoes and peas in a mixing bowl and mash well till no lumps remain
Add the coriander leaves chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt and mix well
Divide into 8 portions and roll into round patties
Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter
Heat the Oil, in a frying pan and shallow ry all the tikkis on both sides till golden brown
Put in a serving plate and serve hot with ketchup
