Amazing cupcakes
Ricetta di150g butter
150g self-raising flour
2 eggs
150g caster sugar
(flavouring or colouring if wanted)
Preparazione → 30 min
Cottura → 20 min
1. Firstly,preheat the oven to 220 degrees
2. Put the butter and sugar into a large mixing bowl and mix together.
3. Then break the eggs and whisk them until the yellow and white parts are combined(1-2 minutes if a bit slow) I recommend not using electric whisks as you could make the mixture to fluffy.
4. Next put the flour into a sieve
5. The last part of preparation is to then slowly add the flour and eggs, personally I alternate until all is combined, this makes the cupcakes a lot more fluffy.
6. Mix and put into cupcake cases, don't fill right to the top as from my experience I know that it could get messy this way.
7. Put the cakes into the oven and bake for approx. 20 mins make sure they are done by putting a skewer through and making sure none of the mixture comes out on it.
8. Let them cool and ice if you like and enjoy!
