Avocado, prosciutto salad di Amy Jessup - Recipefy

2 cups spinach
2 oz prosciutto
1/2 small avocado
2 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp avocado oil
salt and pepper to taste
Piece of fruit, your choice

1. Chop the avocado and rip the prosciutto into pieces. Put on top of your bed of salad. Mix together the avocado oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Adjust ingredients to taste. Use as a salad dressing.

2. This recipe is high in fat and low in carbs. It would be a good one to eat if you've got some fat to make up for the day. Eat a piece of fruit to round it out.
