Ingredienti

1-6oz package fresh baby spinach
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
Dressing 1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar

Facile

Preparazione

1. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, cucumber, broccoli, raisins, bacon, mushrooms and onion.

2. In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth.

3. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
