Brie-Stuffed Chicken. di David Le Mottee - Recipefy

4 chicken breasts, skinless boneless
200g pack of garlic-and-herb flavored brie
8 bacon rashers, trimmed
lemon thyme, to garnish
cocktail sticks, to secure

Preparazione → 10 min min

Cottura → 20 min min

1. Preheat oven to 190.
Cut each chicken breast diagonally, then spread the
middle of each with the brie.
Wrap 2 rashers of bacon around each chicken breast.
Secure with cocktail stick.

2. Place the wrapped chicken breast on a baking tray
and bake for 20 minutes,until chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with lemon thyme.
