Cajun shrimp

16 fresh jump shrimp
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbs freshly diced or dried parsley
2 tbs cajun spice
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs brown sugar
1 clove crushed garlic

Preparazione → 15 min

Cottura → 10 min

1. *This dish is best served over rice*
Get out a glass or metal pan, 8x8 is best.
Add all ingredients to pan, except for shrimp.
Mix together ingredients until well-combined.
De-vein and de-tail the shrimp, then add to pan and mix until well-coated in sauce.
Let marinade for an hour in the refrigerator.
After an hour, heat the oven to 450 and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
(using frozen shrimp is fine, just de-thaw and de-tail. also not marinading for an hour is fine, it just tastes best when the ingredients soak together for a while)
