Chicken Dry Roast di Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

1.Chicken-500 gm, cut into small pieces

2.To marinate

Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Curry leaves
Salt

3.Onion-2 big
Small onion -10
Ginger-1 small piece
Garlic-5-6 podes
Green chillies-2 sliced
Kashmiri Red chilli powder-2 tspn
Coriander powder-3/4 tspn
Garam masala-1 tspn
Soy sauce-1 tspn
Tomato sauce-2 tspn
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil

1. Marinate chicken pieces with turmeric powder,salt and curry leaves for about 1 hr.Put them in a deep pan and cook in low flame till the chicken is half cooked.( don't add water while cooking ).Remove from fire and keep aside ( along with the water that has oozed out from chicken ).

2. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions.Saute till they turn golden brown.Transfer to a bowl.Grind together small onions,ginger and garlic.Add this to the same pan and saute till the raw smell goes.Then add red chilii powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder.Saute for few seconds in low flame.Then add the sauces and mix well.To this add the half cooked chicken pieces and curry leaves.Sprinkle more salt if needed.Mix well and cook in low flame till the chicken is cooked well and all the water dries up.Remove from fire and serve hpt.
