Chicken nuggets sw

Ingredienti per Servings | 4 Syns Per Serving | Original – ½ Syn

Ingredients
- 500gm chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into chunks
- 4 x Scan Bran (2 Syns)
- 2tbsp barbeque seasoning
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 x egg, beaten
- Fry Light

Preparazione

1. Method
1. Preheat oven to 200C / 400F/ Gas 6.

2. Place the Scan Bran, barbeque seasoning and black pepper in a food processor and process to make into fine crumbs. Place the mixture in a large plastic bag.

3. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg and then drop into the plastic bag. Shake until the chicken is thoroughly coated.

4. Place the coated chicken pieces on a non-stick baking tray, spray with Fry Light and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through, tender and golden brown, turning once midway through cooking.
