Chicken spring roll

2 tbsp of oil
500 gm boneless chicken (cut into small cubes)
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp mayonnaise mixed in 1 tsp milk (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
4 spring onions (chopped)
Pastry rolls

Preparazione → 30 min

1. CHICKEN SPRING ROLL
Preparation time : 30 mins. | Serves 12 rolls

2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan
Put 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped) in it.
Saute
Add 500 gm boneless chicken (cut into small cubes)
Fry till light brown
(5-6 mins)
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp crushed red chili
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Cook 10-15 mins
(medium heat)
When the chicken is ready remove from heat

3. Add 4 spring onions (chopped)
3 tbsp mayonise mixed in 1 tsp milk (optional)
and mix.

4. Take a piece of pastry roll and fill 1-2 tbsp of chicken filling and roll it in the pastry roll, prepare all the rolls and deep fry them in oil until become light brown and crisp.
