Chicken with dijon mustard

3 chicken breast filé
3 dl Creamé fraiche
3 dl cream
2 tablespoons Chicken stock
black pepper
curry
garlic powder
Dijon

Preparazione → 20 min

Cottura → ~ 30 min

1. * Turn on the oven at 200 degrees celsius / or 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Slice the chicken ( we get three pieces from one filé).
* Fry it lightly so only the surface is fried.
* Place the chicken in a oven safe dish.
* Spread the dijon on the chicken (a few millimeters thick layer).

2. * Start with the sauce.
* Heat the cream and the creamé fraiche together in a sauce pan.
* Add the chicken stock and season it.
* Let it cook but not boil for a few minutes.
* Pour it over the chicken and then put the dish in the oven until the chicken is done.

3. * Eat it with rice or pasta.
