Citrus salmon cake

6 oz can wild pink salmon
1/2 crushed pretzels or crackers
1/2 cup + tangerine marinade
2 TBL mayo
1/4 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbl oil

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 4 min

1. Mix together salmon, pretzels, marinade and mayo

2. Make 8 patties

3. flour each patty, salt and pepper

4. place patties in oiled fry pan, about 2 minutes per side
