9 med. potatoes, boiled in jackets, cooled and grated 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup onion, sliced 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pint sour cream 1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese salt and pepper

1. Heat 1/2 cup butter with soup and blend in onion, cheese, and sour cream. Stir in potatoes, pour into a buttered dish. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top and melt butter (1/4 cup). Put over cornflakes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 9x13 pan.
