1 cup Black Beans (or 10oz can)
2 large tomatoes diced
1 small onion diced
2 jalapeno diced/seeded
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp salt
Ground Black Pepper
