Crockpot breakfast casserole
Ricetta di1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 16 oz roll of sausage (any flavor you prefer)
Salt and pepper
16 oz bag shredded cheddar cheese
Preparazione → 30 min
Cottura → 6-8 hours min
1. Spray crock pot and evenly spread hash browns at the bottom
2. Crack 12 eggs in a large bowl. Mix well (and slowly) using a whisk. Add milk, ground mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
3. Brown the sausage on high heat and drain. Add sausage on top of hash browns.
4. Add cheese on top.
5. Mix hash browns, sausage and cheese
6. Pour egg mixture over everything in the crock pot. Using a wooden spoon, even everything out so it's spread evenly.
7. Turn crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
8. For variation add any of the following as desired: salsa, onions, diced green onions
