Crockpot saucy meatballs
Ricetta di
1 jar (645 mL) pasta sauce
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
i clove garlic, minced
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into strips
330 g spaghetti, uncooked
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1. Add pasta sauce to slow cooker.
2. MIX meat, stuffing mix, spices, egg and water; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
3. Place in slow cooker; top with vegetables.
4. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
5. Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
6. Serve spaghetti topped with meatballs, sauce and cheese.
