Ingredienti

1 English Cucumber
2 bunches of Radish
Scallions ( I used fresh chives from my garden)
1/2 cup sour cream ( I did not use, I used Greek Yogurt Cilantro Lime Dressing intead)
Salt and pepper to tast

Greek Yogurt Cilantro Lime Dressing
1 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves stems removed
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic minced
Juice of 1 lime
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil

Preparazione

1. In a food processor, combine cilantro, yogurt, garlic,lime, and salt. Blend until smooth
With the motor running, slowly add olive oil. chil at least 10 min to blend flavors
