3 portional trout pieces
Chetvergova salt (or black/sea salt)
White pepper
Black pepper
Dill
Parsley
Celery

Cottura → 60 min

1. Wash the trout, divide into portional pieces, salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and fry both sides on mustard oil until cooked.
