Preparazione
1. In a pan melt butter,add sugar, mixed spice, milk, whisky, raisins and cherries. Bring to the boil then simmer for five min.
2. cool. add eggs and SR flour put in a lined cake tin and cook in low oven temp. for aga bottom oven.cook for 2h
