Hot & sweet chicken balti
Ricetta di
2 heap tbsp tomato puree
2 heap tbsp low or 0% fat greek yoghurt
2 heap tbsp thinck mango chutney
2 tsp garam masala
11/2 tsp chilli powder ( your choice of strength also add more or less to your taste)
1 tsp garlic puree
1/4 tsp salt
2 tablespoons corn oil
3-4 chicken breasts
1/4 pint water ( you may want to add more depending on how thick you want your sauce)
1 finely chopped chilli ( optional)
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 30 min
1. In a small mixing bowl mix well together all the ingredients except the chicken, oil, water & fresh chilli.
2. In a thick based pan or wok heat the oil on full, once hot reduce to a medium heat & cook off the paste mix for around 3 to 4 mins stirring to stop it sticking.
3. Add the meat & stir in well to cook off. Now slowly add the water & stir in. heat until it starts bubbling them reduce heat & cook for around 15 -20 mins. Now add the chopped chilli if you want to heat it up a bit, stir in & cook for a further few minute. Serve
