Ice cream and coffee shake (iced coffee)

Ingredienti per 4-6 people

2 Bar-one chocolate bars, 100g each (consists of chocolate, caramel and chocolate nougat)
60ml milk
500ml lukewarm strong coffee
750ml vanilla ice cream

Preparazione

1. Cut the chocolate bars into pieces. Pour the milk into a small saucepan, add the chocolate pieces and heat over moderate heat, stirring until the chocolate has melted. Set aside

2. Divide the lukewarm coffee among 4-6 glasses and add a scoop of ice cream to each

3. Pour over the chocolate sauce and serve while the coffee is still warm

4. TIP: For a dinner party add brandy liqueur to the lukewarm coffee if desired
