Lasagne
Ricetta di1 pound Italian sausage or ground meat or a combination of both 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. dried basil, crushed 1 ½ tsp. salt 1-1 pound can tomatoes 1-6 oz. cans tomato paste 10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles 3 cups Ricotta cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes 2 beaten eggs 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1. Brown meat slowly, spoon of fat. Add garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook noodles in salted water. Drain and rinse slightly. Combine remaining ingredients, except mozzarella. Spray 9x13 dish. Layer in this order: noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, meat sauce. Bake 375 for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
