Lava cakes with lemon zest di Hristijan Kiko Acoski - Recipefy

2 eggs
100 g dark chocolate
50 g of powdered sugar
75 g butter
1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa powder
1 tablespoon flour
lemon zest from one lemon

Preparazione → 15 min

Cottura → 8-12 min

1. First separate egg whites from egg yolks, then from egg whites make a stiff. Melted the chocolate in small souce pan.
Second mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the softened butter, cocoa, vanilla extract, melted chocolate, grated lemon zest and add a spoonful of flour. Mix well.
Third the mixture of egg yolks lightly stir in egg whites.
Fill 2/3 cup mold and place in oven. Preheated oven at 185 degrees and put the lava cakes inside and bake them approxsimately from 8 to10 min (until they begin to shoot - inside must remain current).
Serve this lava cakes with a scoop of ice cream or caramel and decorate wtih leaf mint and sprinkle with ground vanilla and brown sugar.

i change dark chocolate for milk chocolate i prefer it that way
