Ingredienti per 4 People

7 oz of macaroni
11 oz of cauliflour florets
2 leeks, chopped
300ml carton of cheese sauce
2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
2 0z of cheddar cheese, greated
snipped chives, to garnish.

Preparazione

1. Preheat the oven to 200.
Cook the macaromi according to the packet instructions.
Boil the cauliflower and leeks
together for 10 minutes

2. Drain the pasta and vegetables and mix
with the cheese sauce and creme fraiche.
Spoon into 4 small oven-proof dishes, sprinkle
with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with the chives.
