Filling ; Strawberry Jam
1 pint of custard
2 Bananas sliced
Desicated Coconut

Preparazione

1. 1; 7 inch Ready made pastry case cooked.

2. 2; put a layer of jam in pastry case.

3. 3;make custard and cool,once cool chop bananas and place on top of jam,pour custard over then sprinkle cocnut on top leave in fridge for 30 mins before serving.
