Ingredienti

2 tbsp butter or Margarine
1 cup onion chopped
1 garlic clove crushed
3 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 8 oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
1 tsp Lowry’s seasoning salt
1 tsp Dill Weed
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Monterrey Jack Cheese shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Garnish with Chives and mushrooms.

Preparazione

1. Melt Margarine and cook onions and garlic in a large pan. Add mushrooms and cook for 10 min at medium heat. Can drain extra liquid. Add next 4 ingredients and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in Mayo and top with the grated cheese and put in oven at 350 for 10 min.
