Oreo ice cream pie

Ingredienti per 12 servings

25-30 Oreo cookies
3/4 stick margarine
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (soften)

Sauce
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 stick margarine
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate (Substitute: 3 tbsp of cocoa + 1 tbsp butter)
3/4 cup sugar

Preparazione

1. Crush cookies. Melt margarine and mix with cookies. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Spread ice cream over cookies.

2. Sauce: Cook for about 8 minutes. Cool and pour over top of ice cream. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. Store leftover pie in freezer.
