Ingredienti per Welsh Cakes
8oz Flour,
2oz Butter or Margarine,
2oz of Caster Sugar,
2oz of sultanas,
1 egg, milk to mix.

Preparazione
1. Mix flour and butter to make fine breadcrumb like mixture. Add sugar and sultanas and mix to a dough with eggs and a little milk Cook on a very thick frying pan or a griddle for a few minutes on each side until brown. Enjoy.

just plain flour is it?
No sorry forgot to put Self Raising in front of
