Parmesan crisps

80g Parmesan Cheese (Finely grated)
1 1/2 Tsp Poppy seeds
1 1/2 Tsp Sesame seeds

A circular cookie cutter about 9cm in diameter

Preparazione → 5 min

Cottura → 5 min

1. Preheat the oven to 220 C.

2. Lightly stir together the cheese, Poppy and sesame seeds.

3. Cover 2 baking trays with foil and lightly grease.

4. Place the ring the tray and arrange the cheese mixture inside (reasonably thick) and carefully remove the ring to create a neat edged cheese disc.

5. Repeat this process another 9 times leaving about a 3cm gap between each disc.

6. Put the trays in the oven on seperate shelves. Halfway through the cooking time swap the trays on the shelves.

7. Remove from the oven and slide the foil onto a cooling rack, leave to cool for 1-2 mins then rady to eat!
