Quick & easy tortilla pizza
Ricetta di1 Whole Wheat Tortilla.
1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of Tomato Sauce.
Nutritional Yeast or Low-Fat Cheese.
Topping Idea 1
Sprinkle of Onions, diced.
Sprinkle of Green Peppers, diced.
Topping Idea 2
Sprinkle of Corn
Sprinkle of Black Beans
Sprinkle of Red Peppers, diced.
Sprinkle of Green Peppers, diced.
My Homemade Tomato Sauce (and oil-free) recipe

1. Take a tablespoon of diced Onions, tablespoon of diced Green Pepper, and a tablespoon of diced Red Pepper. Place it all into a tall pot (I use a pressure cooker pot) with a small amount of Vegetable Broth; enough to cover the bottom of the pot. Cook until the onions become more transparent.
2. Take one Tortilla and spread some of the Tomato Sauce over it, staying half an inch from the edge.
3. Sprinkle some of the Onion and Bell Peppers over the Tomato Sauce. Now would be a good time to add other ingredients like Corn or any other toppings you would like.
4. Top if off with Nutritional Yeast or Cheese.
5. Then bake the Tortilla Pizza in a toaster oven until the Cheese melts.
