Raspberry clafoutis
Ricetta di2 large eggs,75g caster sugar 40g plain flour 100ml low far creme fraiche 100ml skimmed milk 8oz raspberries.
Preparazione → 20 mins min
Cottura → 20-25 mins min
1. preheat oven to 180c
2. whisk 2 large eggs with 75g caster sugar.
3. sift in 40g of plain flour and whisk well.
4. stir in 100ml of low fat creme fraiche and 100ml of skimmed milk.
5. leave to rest for 10 minutes.
6. coat a baking dish with calorie controlled cooking spray.
7. sprinkle with a little extra sugar.
8. scatter 8oz of raspberries in the dish.
9. covering them with batter.
10. bake for 20-30 minutes until firm to touch.
11. allow to cool slightly before serving.
