Raw vegan spicy zucchini avocado salad
Ricetta diSalad
1/2 Romaine Lettuce
1 Red Sweet Pepper
2 Green Onions
2 Zucchini
1/3 Small Red Cabbage
2 Carrots
15 Cashew Nuts
10 Thin Green Hot Pepper Slices (optional)
Dressing
2 Medium Avocados
2 Medium Lemons
1/2 Flat Tea Spoon of 'Himalayan Salt'
1/2 Flat Tea Spoon of Black Pepper
1/3 Glass of Cold Pure water
Preparazione → 25 min
1. Required Equipment:
* Cutting board
* Knife (Ceramic if possible)
* Food Processor
* 2 wooden salad mixing sticks
* 1 wooden big serving dish
* 2 personal dishes
2. Salad:
A) Use Organic ingredients if possible.
B) Wash all the salad ingredients under water.
C) Cut the 'romaine lettuce' and the 'small red cabbage' to thin long slices. move them to the serving dish.
D) Chop the 'green onions', and move them to the serving dish.
E) Using peeler, peal the 'carrots' and the 'zucchini' to long thin stripes.
F) Add the 'cashew nuts' and 'thin green hot pepper slices (optional)'
3. Dressing:
A) Peal the 'Avocados' and place them into food processor.
B) Squeeze the 'Lemons' into the food processor.
C) Add a pinch of 'Himalayan Salt' & 'Black Pepper' to the food processor.
D) Add 1/3 Glass of Cold Pure water
E) Run the food processor - stop to taste and add spices & water for your taste.
4. Final:
* Pure the Dressing on top of the salad, and mix with Wooden sticks.
* Serve to the middle of the table. :)
