Makes 60 rolls, recipe can be doubled and quadrupled. 1 cup boiling water 1 cup butter 2/3 cup sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 pkgs. yeast 1 cup warm water 2 eggs 6 cups flour

1. Pour boiling water over butter, sugar and salt. Let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water and beat in eggs. Add to the cooled butter mixture. Add flour, mixing well. Let sit overnight covered in the refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator and shape into rolls two hours before baking. Melt butter or margarine and brush it on tops of rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds if desired. Bake in 425 oven for about 12 minutes.
