Ingredienti per about 40

250g rich tea biscuits, crushed or ground in food processor
75g plain chocolate chips
25g marshmallows chopped into 1/4 or mini marshmallows
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
45g desiccated coconut
1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk

(You can also add other typical Rocky Road ingredients - Glace Cherries or Sultanas)

Extra desiccated coconut for decoration

Preparazione

1. Combine the biscuits, chocolate chips, marshmallows, cocoa, 45g coconut and condensed milk in a large bowl. Mix well (Don't be afraid to use your hands).

2. Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls, keeping them all the same size. Roll the balls into the remaining coconut.

3. Place the balls onto a baking parchment-lined tray. Chill for at least 30 minutes or until set.
