Sausage chili quiche

Dough
2 sticks butter (melted)
3 cups flour
3/4 cups powdered sugar

Filling
1 - 4.5 oz can chopped green chilies
1 cup milk
1 cup mayo
4 eggs
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 lb. sausage (cooked)
2 cups grated cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Cottura → 30 min

1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
For dough: Cut butter, flour & powdered sugar together. Press into 2 - 10 inch pie plates (do not grease). Bake for 5 minutes.

2. For filling: Mix together all ingredients except cheese and sausage. Add cheese. Drain sausage and add. Fill each crust with half filling. Bake for 25 minutes.
