Seafood pasta with tomato and rocket
Ricetta di
350g Pasta Spirals
15ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
50g sundried tomatoes in olive oil, coarsly chopped
250g baby Rosa tomatoes
50g pitted black olives
500g seafood marinara mix
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
fresh rocket, to serve
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 20 min
1. Cook pasta according to instructions on the packet
2. heat olive oil in heavy based saucepan
3. saute garlic and add sundried tomatoes, Rosa tomatoes and olives. Fry until tomato skins start to wrinkle
4. add seafood and fry until just cooked, about 2-3min
5. drain pasta an serve about 125ml cooking liquid, return to saucepan
6. toss pasta with seafood mixture and season to taste
7. serve garnished with fresh rocket leaves
