Spicy apple cake
Ricetta di
400g can pie apple
6 oz melted butter
1 cup SR flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
Teaspoon of bicarb soda
2 eggs
1 cup plain flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 60 min
1. Line a large square cake tin.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Cook at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour. (sometimes less. The smell will guide you)
4. HINT: Serve warm with a dollop of whipped or thickened cream.
