1/2 Cup x Broccoli
1 Cup x Diced Cabbage
1/2 x Onion
1 Tbsp x Sesame Seeds
30ml x Canola Oil
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 10 min
1. Dice the chicken breasts and marinade them in the sweet soy, garlic, ginger and chillies for at least 10 minutes
2. Bring a wok or large frying pan up to a high heat, add half the canola oil and fry the onion for 2 minutes, then add chicken breasts and marinade contents and fry until the chicken is nearly cooked
3. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan and set aside in a bowl to rest
4. Bring the pan back up to temperate and add the remaining oil
5. Add the vegetables one at a time, ensuring you add the ingredients such as the cabbage and carrots first as these will take the longest to cook.
6. When the vegetables are about half way done, add the normal soy sauce and continue cooking
7. As the vegetables are reaching your desired level of tenderness, add the chicken and onion mix back to the pan and re-heat / finish cooking
8. Just before serving sprinkle in the sesame seeds and stir through
9. If you include sufficient vegetables this meal can easily be sufficient without the inclusion of rice or noodles
10. If you are serving with noodles then add these when you add the chicken and onion mix to the vegetables, to ensure all the ingredients are warmed through

I feel like writing about stir-fry is teaching your grandmother how to suck eggs, but I am trying desperately to catalogue all the meals I make so I don't keep forgetting about them.. and so, stir fry!
