Sweet potato casserole

Ingredienti
3 large sweet potatoes
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick soft butter
1/3 can evap milk
1 tsp vanilla
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine - soft not melted
Facile
Preparazione
1. Mix topping ingredients together in a small bowl. Apply as a topping (don't mix with other ingredients!).
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
