215g of raspberry swiss roll.
14fl oz of strawberry soft - scoop ice cream.
1/2 x 2ltr tub of vanilla soft scoop ice cream.

Preparazione
1. Line a pudding basin with cling film.
Cut the swiss roll into 14 thin slices and press into
the base and sides of the basin.
2. Spoon the strawberry ice cream into the center of the bowl
and the vanilla ice cream around the outside.
Cover with more cling film and freeze for 2 hours util firm.
Cut into wedges to serve.
