Tuna cottage cheese salad

14 oz Chunk light tuna in water
1 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
15.5 oz can Garbanzo beans
6 oz can Olives
1/3 cup Cashew nuts
Dijon mustard - to taste
6 Peaches
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1. Mix everything together, and voila! Eat a peach or other piece of fruit on the side. You could also add vegetables to the salad, such as onions, peppers, etc. for the carbs. This was just quicker. 1 cup is about 3 blocks, or a serving appropriate for an active average sized female. Bon appetit!
