Vegan flatbread pizza
Ricetta diFor the dough
one packet active dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
3 cups all- purpose flour, plus more for dusting your work surface
one cup slightly warm water
Toppings
sliced red onions
artichoke
baby salad mix
vegan ground meat (mashed broad beans)
hibiscus syrup
The sauce
one can organic tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp basil
1/2 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp oregano
Preparazione → 75 min
Cottura → 7 min
1. 1.In the bowl of a mixer fitted with a dough hook, pour the warm water in and sprinkle with yeast. Let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes
2.Add the sugar,oil and salt to the mixture
3.With the mixer on low, slowly add the flour and mix until the dough is formed(it can also be kneaded manually)
4.Cover the dough and let it rise for an hour
5.Get the toppings ready
6.Roll the dough and brush with olive oil
7.Mix the sauce with the seasonings
8.Add the sauce and the toppings,other than the baby salad mix and hibiscus syrup
9.Cook it in the oven at 180C(350F) for 7 minutes
10.Top with the baby salad mix and sprinkle the hibiscus syrup
11.Enjoy :)
