1. Cook 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed, in boiling water to cover 4 minutes or until crisp tender; drain. Plunge beans into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over med.-high heat. Add 1 minced garlic clove; sauté 1 minute. Stir in beans, ¼ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. pepper. Cook 4 minutes or until hot. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice just before serving.
